I kind of like Galactic Admin Pahrak

 I don't think having the word "Admin" in your name is going to sit very well with the Mods, so I think #1 would work best.

Galactic Admin Pahrak, Cyrus made me shiver as a seven year old with how unnerving and emotionless he was. 

I hadn't considered that point about Admin, thank you.

 

And, looking it up, it turns out I was wrong in the first place.  Team Galactic doesn't have Admins, it has Commanders.  So I guess it'd be "Galactic Commander Pahrak".

 

I have brought shame upon myself.  I've been away from Sinnoh far too long...

How about "Tournament Master Pahrak"?

Galactic Commander or Stained Glass. Those are my choices.
