I really don't like the idea of swords just being "Sword", and being defined purely by their "level". If I want a zweihander, or a wakizashi, or whatever, that should happen - all swords are not created equal.

Yeah; I realize that now. Making changes to fix that. I guess that might be partly why the actual games are getting away from that as well. =P

 

Though, obviously stuff like the Master Sword's gonna be better and so. =P

Well, the Master Sword's going to be better because it's basically a magic sword. With ordinary swords, what matters is the skill of the metallurgist, how good the swordsman is with that style of swordplay, and whether the person they're fighting has the skill to counter what's being thrown at them.

Yeah, exactly. So yeah, definitely will have to change that. xD

I think it would be interesting if Termina's mythology - Fierce Deity's Mask, all that - found its way into the game at some point. It appears that the FD's power morphs itself to fit the style of whoever's wearing the mask, so you could get any variation on the Helix Sword.

 

Also, will this list (and the character list in the RPG) eventually be upgraded to include all of the characters that are in the game?

1. Definitely something I've been considering for a long while. The Helix Sword is my favourite sword in the game, so some sort of appearance by the Fierce Diety should be expected; and probably even will have player stuff related to that.

 

Plus, with Termina being an alternate dimension... As I hinted, most things have 'companions' in Termina. Some has been theorized to be similar but not the same, exactly the same(Like how the Hookshot and Bow are more or less the same and such), and some are totally different. I think I'll spend some time on that at one point. +)

 

2. Yeah, I need to upgrade that in here. And as for the character list, it should be updated every time a new character is approved, but that depends on Korkoa's activity. So, that pretty much happens when he can get around to it, and doesn't accidentally miss something, though I'll remind him if that happens. =) One reason I haven't updated this one as much, is I forget about it a little more, due to it being in my blog. >>'

This needs an update, bro. =P

 

Also, the RPG needs to be updated with the first post saying you can have a horse. X3
