Alternative Titles: Well At Least My Arms Aren't Too Sore.

 

Apparently walking over 12,000 steps two days in a row, while also attempting to train your arms isn't a good idea; you really can't do it a third day. Mainly because walking is painful that third day. >>'

 

On the bright side, over the past two days, with the watts built up over the past few months, I unlocked two more Pokewalker courses, and got some more puzzle pieces for the Puzzle Swap app. Which they just added another new puzzle for. D=

JUST for some Pokéwalker points and a Streetpass puzzle? :|

 

And yeah, rule number one of physical training: Always take a day off after doing something intense. As it was explained to me, it gives the muscles times to refortify against future strain.

Nah; not just for that; it was to have an excuse for all that walking. =P Though, I can technically get to 12,000 or so before I start to feel it. An improvement over the 5000-6000 steps that it took me to grow tired from when I got SoulSilver two years ago. =D

 

Yeah; I think I've learned that now. >>' Probably going to alternate; one day exercising, one day sprawled out doing nothing. =P

 

And in total it was technically along the lines of 28,000 steps, since I did 16,000 the first day, and I never did check the end result for yesterday. =P

 

Not quite so awesome when you consider that I barely got 7000 or so steps when I went to a huge museum, though. >>; But, more so, when you consider it's more or less in circles at home. =P
