Your post is a clear contradiction.

 

In the post I had quoted in my post before this one, the explosion had already occured, and the world should be dead. But it clearly is not. Deactivating a bomb after it is set off and done with is pretty much impossible.

You need to watch the Season finale of Ryuusei no Rockman to understand what I meant =P
