The final member of the team is on the way to being done, with a few bits of placeholder armor in gold for the time being. I'll need to find some tan shells in places other than Grievous, because I like Grievous. And don't worry, even though the torso isn't flipped like on the original I still put a gear on his butt. Just couldn't find a nice way to attach the head otherwise.
Back when I initially built my "Hero Factory Toa" I had been trying to think of ways to make Nuva versions as well, but couldn't think of any decent way to recreate the shoulder armor. But now that these new shoulder armor pieces exist, and in silver, that concern is trivial. Thank you, LEGO, for continuing to help me realize my dumb little dreams. <3
Hi! Okay, as with last year, I'm not going with any of the suggestions given. Not for lack of quality, but you're competing against Wolfgun lyrics here, so it's an uphill battle even at the best of times. Anyway, the winner is Zox Tomana, who suggested "BIONICLE Fan At Large". Even though I'm not going to use it, I found it amusing and clever. There weren't as many entries this year, though, so maybe I'll have to be a bit more clever with how I do this in the future.

(a tempest through the years) This movie was pretty much everything I wanted it to be. A bit more screen time for Phasma would not have been amiss, but other than that I have no complaints.
I've never really been able to tell why the missing "rib" on the lower portion isn't there. Anyone know? Better barrel fit, lower friction, some connection method I haven't discovered yet?

Or close enough. Made a haphazard Kylo Ren costume so I'm wearing that today. Also I've been busy playing Humans vs. Zombies all week. So that's why I have danger tape tied around my arms.
I'd abandoned my first build because I didn't like where it was going and started a second one, so I decided to try to turn the first one into a fusion between a Mandalorian helmet and a Great Matatu. My main build is still getting priority though.
