So today I was fiddling around with this little ship that I made a while ago. It's quite a complex build, and the changes I was making (mainly smoothing out the colour scheme) required that I take almost the entire front two thirds apart. After I was done, I realized I couldn't remember how to put it back together. So now I have to rebuild more than the whole front half from scratch.
And to add to that I have homework to do.

Oh, and can you believe it? Today's
AND IT WAS AMAZING
Seriously. My ears were still ringing this morning.
They played pretty much only hits for two and a half hours, only a few of which I didn't know.
I was actually surprised at how many of the songs I recognized, since I don't really listen to them except when I hear them on the radio. But I think I'll pick up one or two of their CDs now.
Oh, and sorry CzaR, but I didn't get any pics. I wasn't sure if they would allow cameras so I didn't want to risk it. Of course as
So I might be going to see them on Thursday.
Haven't bought tickets yet (or rather a ticket) but I'm thinkin' about it.
Ordinarily I probably wouldn't go, since I'm not a huge fan, but this might be their last show ever, so I'll probably never have a chance to go again.

How unfortunate.
But my classes are going well for the most part, so I should be able to survive the year largely unscathed.
Day One:
Enriched Socials 10
Enriched Math 10
PE 10
Enriched Science 10
Day Two:
Enriched French 10
Senior Band (not so senior for me and some others)
Planning 10 (mandatory course for all grade 10s. Completely useless, full of stuff like career ed and things)
Enriched English 10

Well, I bought it a month ago, but seeing as I wasn't premier a month ago, I wasn't able to post it at the time. Here's a horrible picture of it.
So for those of you who speak Flutian: it's a Trevor James Cantabile, sterling silver headjoint, triple-plated body and keys, open-holed, B-foot, Offset G, non-split E.

Back - Without flightpack - Flightpack
Just a little something I cobbled together. Supposed be a revamp of a previous MOC, which was originally an experiment using a Kakama as a chestplate, but then it turned out as something completely different. Still looking for one more dark orange Kakama, as you can see.

So as some of you might have noticed I haven't been very active lately (like, the whole year). There's been a lot going on lately and I've been under a lot of stress, but hopefully I'll have more time for BZP over the summer.
Yeah, I've said this before, but I think this time it's for real.
In other news, we had the end-of-year banquet a few days ago. Just for the kids in the enriched programs. 'Twas awesome. The awards ceremony was the day after, and I got both the Band 9 and AutoTech 9
Oh look. 100
That's pretty cool.
I was gonna make it a tad more exciting but can't think of anything so there you have it.
Also Eddie Izzard came to town on Friday.
I didn't go.
Boo.

I do hope I spelt that right.
Anyways, he was in Vancouver tonight, so we went. It. Was. Amazing. Cameras and recording equipment were prohibited, but I picked up a program ($20), a T-shirt (35$) , and an awesome poster signed by Mark Knopfler. The poster was $100 so I'm flat broke now, but I think it was worth it. Picz latr.
The show went on for about two and a half hours with no intermission. Lezee here so he did Sultans of Swing, Brothers in Arms, but not Money for Nothing, which was un
So as some of you might have noticed by now, I've sort of been less active over the previous few months, but I should be back in the near future.
I will also most likely be at BrickCon later this year, and quite possibly BrickFest in March 2011.
In other news, the Olympics (which are unfortunately now over, as the world knows) were even more eventful than I had predicted. Got lots of swag and went to the Paralympic Opening Ceremonies. More later.
And now, back to real life. In other wor
French and socials. I don't believe my luck. Grade eights have five.
Had a science test and massive English essay today but neither were actual midterms. Owait English was worth ten percent of term two nevermind.
Also this week the schedule is completely messed up. Razlak knows what I mean. Instead of four classes per day, we have two extra long ones. It's for students and teachers whose normal routes to the school are blocked because of the Olympics. But honestly, three hour classes? Madn
So I know I just posted an entry like this but I thought I might as well rant about it again anyways.
Yeah, I predict I'll be up till 2:30. This time for science.
Seeya.
Oh and also on a completely different note there are three concerts coming up that I would absolutely love to go see. They are: Mark Knoffler (from Dire Straits) in April, The Eagles in May, and Jethro Tull in June. Tull is performing in Toronto but eh minor technicality. If I had to choose one it would be Tull, but The
This time for socials. The last one was math.
It's actually a group project, and my group is comparing the Agricultural Revolution (18th and 19th centuries) to the Green Revolution (20th and 21st centuries).
So lucky me, I have to do all the research for the Green Revolution.
I am however more than half done, with two and a half pages in Word. And I'm freaking exhausted.
Well, guess I better get back to it now.
And have I mentioned I'm freaking exhausted?

So I heard it's like, Christmas or something.
Merry Christmas! Unfortunately we can't celebrate yet because my dad has to work today and he won't get home until 7:30 or so. But we did celebrate yesterday at my grandparents' place. German Christmas is on the 24th for those of you who didn't know.

We're going to see him. In Seattle. On the fourteenth. It will be awesome.
"Who's he?"
Well guess what you can just go look him up on Wikipedia so thar.

So we've got this really stupid math project on proofs of the Pythagorean Theorem. We're in groups of two and each group has been assigned a proof. Then we have to make a big poster that includes a model and explanation of the proof, a biography of whoever invented the proof, and what Pythagorus' obituary might have been.
Didn't I tell you it was stupid?
Anyways, my partner was sick the class after it was assigned and I was to lazy to do any work on it and it's due tomorrow and we just sta
So I don't feel like writing a big long review of the Con so I'll just say it was awesome. There, I'm done.
I should probably also say that it was the best convention I've been to so far.
Oh, and I won the three chrome Star Wars minifigs. Yay!
Also PEOPLE MEETING. I got to see a bunch of people for the first time in a year or six months and got to meet Alsru, HH, Tufi, and Arkov for the first time.
