egh. Since I have no university courses on friday this semester, the idea was that I'd use those days to work on a comic project. Finding useful hair tutorials for long hair seems to be one of them. (long hair as in really long. End-of-spine length.) Most of the things I can find are for hair that is just beyond shoulder length - but at some point, the weight of the hair actually plays a large role in whether a hairstyle will survive the day or not... *sigh* So in the highly unlikely case that one of you knows some good tutorials, feel free to let me know!

Did you know that I do wear colour in summer? Shocking, I know. Only found out yesterday that in Neverwinter Nights, mages can learn a spell to transform into several kinds of creatures, including a giant spider. Well guess what's my new favourite spell now. :3 (though, since you can't use any other spells while in spider form, it's more a "last resort"-kind of spell, or for when close combat is inevitable. I am not good at adapting to strong changes in temperature. Too bad that he weather has been nothing but instable lately, cold one week, then okay for another - and all of a sudden, summer's heat today. Terrible.
Didn't draw much because I was stressed. Got even more stressed because I did not draw much. Rinse, repeat. ...woe is me. the above thing was sketched today, a digital sketch for once. I'm still a lot better with traditional media, I guess.
In other words, I finally got around to catching up with the Bionicle webisodes. Fun, more light-hearted than the original in a few places, a bit darker in others... but overall quite nice, I guess. I was just a little bit disappointed with the dynamics within the team; all the bickering and "I am the leader!"-type stuff... :< But who knows, maybe things will get better at some point.
Realizing that the horrors you just experienced were actually a literal nightmare.
