Well, here we go again. Nothing changed on my schedule (which is a good thing; I was worried I might not get a second semester of Metals ).
Oh, and if the message on the big neon-thing hanging above the office can be counted on, I have 20 more weeks of school until summer.
. . . Is it just me, or is this year going by way too quickly?
I know I'll never convince everyone to think the way I do, but I might as well try. Iron/Magnetism: *insert everything Magneto's ever done here* Plant Life, aka The Green: *insert everything the Morbuhzak's done here* Lightning: Come on, who hasn't wanted to shoot lightning out of their fingers, ala Darth Sidious? Psionics: I can think of a bunch of ways to use this element. A lot of them hurt. Sonics: I once read that there's a soundwave that could kill you if you heard it. Also, *everything
. . . is going pretty well. Two more chapters are now fixed and ready to roll.
I'd tell you where I'm currently posting them, but the site has forums. I'll just say that Kini, Reep, and Saya know what website I'm speaking of, and that it's appreviated to 2 F's.

Since I figured you guys are bored with me whining about finals, I decided to use the extra time in the morning to start this up again!
Round Eight
Rules: Don't share answers with each other, even answers you know aren't right. Doing so will get you disqualified for that round. This also applies for stealing another person's answer when you didn't come up with it yourself. You may, however, share theories. Well, after weeks of sweating and fear and studying, they've come. I have Chemistry and Algebra 2 today, but Metals will just be a normal class, since we don't have finals for it.
So, due to a shortened schedule, I might be on more often. But then again, I might not.
Wish me luck; I'll need it.
So, I've been thinking about what I want to do to add to my Heroes and Halflings series, since SSs are getting exhausted and all. But, this morning, over my cereal bowl, I came up with the best idea: A hand-drawn comic series featuring the Toa Rohaya.
....
...Only problem? I can't draw. And I refuse to make sprite comics out my series.
Dang it, I guess it's back to the drawing board (bad pun very much intended). -.-
Finals in two days.
Chemistry and Algebra 2 are the tests. Metals is just gonna be another day. English will be a poetry slam, complete with snacks (=D), and World History is an essay on the Industrial Revolution. I have no idea what's going on for French, though.
*cringes in horror*
I've got a bit of a problem.
See, I've been overhauling H&H, since I think it could improve it. But I'm not sure if I want to completely erase my original content in the old topic.
Should I just make a new topic for the revamped version, when I'm ready for it?
This time, it's for my Valentine's Day fic. It's really lagging, mostly because of procrastination (what else?) and a lack of will on my part.
So, just like last time: If you have any threats, bribes, or just go and kick me in the butt, go ahead. I need all the motivation I can get to finish in time for 2/14.
Kagha introduced me to this band a while ago. I'm only mentioning it right now because these days, I can't stop listening to "All To Myself"! (Nothing wrong with that song, but . . .) >_<
Someone save me!
My school has some new art adorning the halls. They're murals, both of our school's mascot: a hawk. I don't know who the artist is, but they did a fantastic job on it.
If I can get pictures (and if anyone cares), I'll post 'em.
The title is only slightly deciving, since only one of things I got today is what could be classified as a "toy".
Tahu Stars -- only five more to get for all the gold pieces! Pokemon Emerald Guide -- some call it cheating, I call it helpful New cell phone -- can't remember the brand name off the top of my head, but what the heck. It's cool, and hopefully it'll have Internet access.
Well, not yet. I'm working on a new story right now, though I'm not sure if the fact it was inspired by stories written by Nuju Metru, Repicheep, and Jedi Gali is a good thing.
EDIT: Well, I finished Ghost. Now what?
'Round 4AM today, I was lying awake in bed, minding my own business and trying to go back to sleep, when some really weird stuff started.
First off, there was a lot more light shining through my window than usual (easy to tell in the suburbs). Then flashes that were too frequent to be passing cars came in, and when I went to go check it out, I saw a man running past my room in our backyard.
By now I had gotten fairly suspicious, but -- thinking that it might just be my dad -- I ran out to
Mark said I would be struggling. Mark said I wouldn't finish it within this semester. He was right about the hard part.
Yet here I am, one month later, finally finished with reading The Iliad by the Greek poet Homer.
Man, was that a long story. Now on to try and find something else challenging to read.
Well, I posted something new . . . after a fashion.
I'm not the only one who did something for HH's TOP-SECRET project. Nuju Metru, Bcii, ToM Dracone, Janus . . . I'd list the rest but I'm a bit short on time right now.
Just go read them, and I'll garantee that this will blow your mind.
(Only thing I'm slightly annoyed about is that Saya, Lady K, and Kagha -- who are all fantastic authors in their own right -- didn't get a spot in Elements. Though then again, I don't know if they got
I've finally decided how to pick Akaku's replacement.
After considering trying to get my hands on a three-sided dice/coin, I decided to just put it to the general populace, and choose for themselves. The nominated consist of:
-Japoro: Toa of Ice
-Kagha
-Darkness Eternal (Kini)
Alright, let's get rolling.
So I've finally converted the story fragment I recently dug up into a Word doc. To read it, drop down the spoiler tag, but if you're too lazy to do that, here's basically what happens: Ariadne, Stara's right-hand Matoran, talks to her friend and one of the few, non-Xi-Matoran residents of Xi-Koro, Kouki. However, there is much more to be gained by reading it. I'm not sure where this would have gone; probably somewhere in Chapter 11.

The new RPG is finally up! Granted, I have to wait for me to get started, but still:
*crankiness over her Hawkeye incident earlier (along with the fact her Nano is actually good for something now, since it's holding five episodes of Mythbusters) vanishes*
It's days like this that make me wonder why I'm even putting up with the Hawkeye.
The editors boxed the rest of us in so we couldn't leave without being assigned to a story first. Apparently, the story I had been working on for a while (the pick-up line story) got assigned to another person without my editor telling me about it. A rather large buzzkill, if you ask me.
So I went and signed up for another. But when I spoke to that editor, she said that it wasn't going to be in the paper for
