I need that game. Now. And for the proper system; I mean, I was playing on my friend's PS3, instead of a 360. If I abruptly vanish without warning in the next few months, you know why.
I have two weeks and three days until I officially become a High School Junior.
Amazingly, my response to all this is 'meh'. This summer was rather boring. -.-
So, me and my fam went to Target. My brother was after a new game system (Xbox 360 and Wii), and I wanted a Glatorian. I got my Glatorian, but sadly, it wasn't Mata Nui. They were sold out. Sadness.
So I went for the next best thing (in my mind)!

Last night, there was an arrest at the town of Forks, best known for being the setting for Stephanie Meyer's Twilight saga. A man was killed, and his ex and her new boyfriend are charged for conspiring to kill him, and the boyfriend to pulling the trigger.
. . . the parallels between this and Twilight are killing me. >.< *twitch*
I'm considering starting a logic puzzle contest or such here in my blog. I've got a book of those things, which my family, Rockhound, and Robo can all testify have tough questions. Give you guys a week to work on it, with the clues attached, and then reveal that week's winner and the answer a week later?

Before I gave my sig an extreme makeover, I had a notice for fans of my Heroes and Halflings series, saying that if anyone had questions to ask about the series, I'll try to answer them. I'm in 1st period Chemistry (wonderful way to start the school day, huh? ), and I sit next to a girl. She really nice (though it would help if I could actually understand what she's trying to say to me), but I have to admit, I'm a bit jealous of her.

So I'm trying to set up a plan for a story I'm working on. I've hit a snag, though: I need names for a few locations, and I'm drawing blanks on ideas. Here's what I need. I need a name for a city, a name for a village, and (possibly) a name for a fortress. I promise I will give you credit if I wind up using your ideas in the final product. Commence the brainstorm!

So my mom was home today (she's very much improved from Day One of her accident, though she's still really sore), and spent most of the afternoon watching TV with me -- more specifically, Animal Planet. We watched three straight episodes of Animal Cops, and Mom cringed so often at some of the horrible conditions the animals were in I was surprised she didn't just start crying. Not to say I'm cold-hearted, though -- it's terrible how brutal humans can be to animals. =(
