This was Bundaling's idea, so, um, yeah. We've decided to start a Lemon Club, where you can express your opinions for Lemons, or just ignore them, you decide. To join, simply post a comment in this entry.
If you think this is rather bizarre, then you should probably read this entry, which explains why Lemons are so great.
And here's a wonderful bannner:
Alternatively, here's a user bar:
And of course, here's a custom Lemon Smilie:
If you want to make the banner into a
I wanted to post an entry to prove I'm still alive, but I couldn't decide what to post. So why not another question and answer thingy?
I'll start...
Q. When are you going to update your profiley bit?
A. About two minutes ago.
Go ahead, ask anything. I'm that bored.
-Seran
Let's start at the beginning, shall we?
THE BOX
The box is a cardboard cuboid structure constructed from a fairly standard net, with edges pre-scored, folded, perforated, and glued. You, as the purchaser, do not need to construct the box at all. I know at least one person who would be upset at that, but to most of us, it makes sense.
The actual artwork (that comes pre-printed on the cardboard cuboid structure) is simultaneously magical and misleading, in a fairly amusing sort of fashio
- Lemon Club Challenge -
I thought we might as well have a bit of lemon-based fun, having a Lemon Club and all. Your challenge is to...
Make a Toa of Lemons.
This can be a MOC, a drawing, a sculpture, a 3D rendered image, a Lemon carved into a Toa - anything you like. To enter, post a pic of your entry in the comments for this blog entry. There are no colour restrictions (though Lemons usually are yellow), no size limits. However you interpret it is fine.
Entries will stop being acce
For lack of any particularly interesting recent thoughts or events...you may now ask Seran anything you wish.
I won't necessarily answer though, but...yeah.

The Second Lemon Club Challenge has begun! This time, your challenge is...
write EITHER a poem OR a short story relating to Lemons.
They can be as serious or as bizarre as you like. However, they must be a minimum of 111 words. There is no maximum. Entries will stop being accepted sometime around June 8th. Please post your entries in this entry, or link to them in some way.
I shall be judging, possibly assisted by Bundalings or Aanchir, depending on whether they decide to enter or not.
Art is finished. Graphics is finished. Multimedia is finished. All I have left to study is Media, and I don't care about that. That means I only have one hour of school a day now.
So, um, yeah. I'm back. Expect more MOCs, art, writings, and the general bursts of rather bizarre oddness associated with me.
And, um, party in the Rift! SZ is bringing Carrot Cake, Bundalings is bringing Carpet, and I'm bringing everything else.
Enjoy!

...no, not the titan version. I'm not stupid, what a waste of money.

THE CANISTER BIT
So, here we go. The canister is, as usual, made from plastic. I didn't have any other canisters to compare it with, so I chose random things from my desk. It's larger than my iPod, yet considerably smaller than my TV. About the same size as a Wii, by the looks of it. I hope that helps. Anyway, it's sort of tapered to one side, with stripey bits o
So my life hasn't been too great recently. That doesn't matter any more. I was talking to 'M', and...he suggested that we could give things another go.
We're going on a date.

Does anyone have any good techniques for making very sturdy joints, especially at the MOC's hips? I don't really want to use the swivel-click joints (Bahrag, Makuta set, Super Battle Droid set), but I can't find a design that works well and still looks good.
...what happened to Lemon Club Contest 3? Was it called Lemon Club Challenge? I don't remember
Anyway, your citric task is...
DESIGN A BOHROK/LEMON HYBRID!
Despite the obvious physical impossibilities, imagine a hybrid creature, part Bohrok, part lemon! Then show us your vision!
But how should you do this?
Draw it, MOC it, paint it, create a 3D wireframe model, carve it into a passing rock, whatever visual medium you so prefer.
Visual medium.
It cannot be a dance.
No.
Seranikaraira just sent me this letter in the post, dears. He said you'd understand it...personally, I cannot make it out at all. Something about Tower Vinegar, and his sky bread. Enjoy it anyway, dears. x
So, we return for another shining look into the Bionicle world, with the Toa Ignika and his skyboard.
To begin with, the shelf. When I was on my strictly-non-romantic-shopping-trip-date-(lest-Emma's-boyfriend-be-jealous), and we wandered through TRU, one of the first things I saw was the
Bionicle ending. Really? What a surprise.
But nice surprise: Seran hasn't actually stopped MOCing. No. That would be silly.
I am, however, extraordinarily busy until Christmas, but after that we have two weeks of holiday (two weeks after the Christmas holiday, for some reason) so I wouldn't be surprised if I posted a MOC around then.
No promises, but you know. Mata Nui does rather lend himself to being built properly.
Not that I'm that good or anything, but still. You know.

Yes, so the idea of this entry has been shamelessly copied. But my blog is boring me, and I figured this might spice it up a little bit.
You may henceforth post questions asking me anything you like here. Anything whatsoever, whilst adhering to BZP's overall rules, of course. I will try and answer them all...unless I don't want to.
Ask away. Though I thoroughly expect there to be very little activity. What could anyone possibly want to ask me?
-Seran
Hmm.
As sets, the Nuva are pretty much awesome. Kopaka's wings are quite pleasant, his mask looks sufficiently techno, and he has nice legs. ( ) His arms disappoint me; they would be far better shorter. The shorter double socket and, say, Metru legs would look far more proportionate, in my humble opinion. But still, four Piraka legs...yay! But bley? Is that good? Not necessarily, no.
Lewa, Lewa, what happened to you? Nice green mask? Check. Insane serrated (love that word!) blade? Check.
Obviously, Seranikai is awesome. In fact, Seranikai exudes awesomeness on such fabulously wonderful levels, that some sort of egocentric club just had to be created. And thus, it was so. Anyone can join to show that you think Seranikai is, like, totally awesome. Special people get special titles, though obviously not quite as awesome as the supremely magical Seranikai.
Yours in delusion,

So, happy Singles Awareness Day!
Although, this year Seran kind of isn't single, because he's kind of going out with someone...but Seran isn't entirely sure if said guy is really what Seran wants, but yeah. Fun.
I know I said there would be MOCs. I know. But unfortunately I realised that I don't have enough pieces to make the Mata Nui MOC I was hoping to make, although I did get as far as making the head. Pics if you want them. And then there's Makuta, still lying in several pieces, becaus
Seran and Other Emma, at Toys R Us.
Yes.
Seran bought Toa Ignika, Emma bought Brawl, but still, she used to collect Bionicle sets.
She liked Gorast.
