Farshtey Feed (p180-186)

Friday, November 7, 2008 I'd like to thank those people who have told me they read the Farsthey Feed and like what I'm doing -- that's very encouraging! MAKUTA TERIDAX • Teridax could not have succeeded had Mata Nui not died. Had his efforts on Voya Nui and Mahri Nui failed to delay the Toa long enough for Mata Nui to die, he would have had to amend the Plan, just as he did after the Metru's victory in Metru Nui. • Just as it takes time to install a new operating system on a computer, it

Swearing Without Swearing

Saturday, September 13, 2008 Swearing is bad, so when you have to use an expletive on BZPower, what are your alternatives? Mata Nui! ... Chocolate milk! ... Pohatu's foot! ... blue pins! BTW, what's funny is that it takes like ten people to give this blog the exact same rating, lol. Really, thanks for that guys, there were cobwebs on the rating bar .

A Sad Death And Major Bionicle.com Updates

Monday, September 4, 2006 Crikey! Bad news coming out of Austrailia today. "Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin has sadly died at age 44. He was in the midst of filming a documentary off the Great Barrier Reef when he was killed in a freak stingray accident. Stingrays are naturally passive; and in that area of the world, deaths caused by stingrays are almost unheard of; but, when threatened, stingrays will lash out with a toxic, sometimes 10-inch barb on the tops of their tails. Steve was filming

Friday, October 16, 2009 GENERAL • "[Raanu] doesn't really want [Glatorian] around when it's not necessary. It's kinda like having a house filled with pit bulls. You feel safe, but you know that you can get hurt really bad if you tick 'em off." • The Bionicle Stars characters are canon, and the blue Skakdi is not Vezok. • The maze map seen at the end of The Legend Reborn plays a part in the transition story between 2009 and 2010. Teridax appears in the November comic. • The Mata Nui protot

In the new comic, Strakk mentions that they were at the tournament last year, but I thought they left after that tournament, especially since Tarix won it (which he couldn't have done if there were Skrall in attendance)." Greg: "No, he doesn't. He says "just like they did last year," not "in last year's tournament." Think of it like this -- we have a tournament in January of 2008. You win. Binkmeister shows up

Friday, December 5, 2008 It's that time of week again. BARA MAGNA • Greg: "The Skrall situation is different from the rest. Skrall do not have individual names -- they're just called Skrall, which is the name of their group -- unless they distinguish themselves and so earn a name. Other Glatorian have individual names and are not strictly a part of a "tribe" -- they just work for the tribe." • Skrall are not clones, but rather living individual beings who happen to live in a social group

Thank You

Tuesday, December 23, 2008 ^When checking the date just now, I just realized that Christmas is two days from now instead of tomorrow. Meaning I'm not going to Mass tonight. What a dummy... Anyway. I noticed the other day that my user profile rating has gone back up to five stars. Thank you guys.

Friday, May 22, 2009 BARA MAGNA • The Great Beings once held a position of power on Spherus Magna, up to the Core War and during it. • Greg hints that it is possible that the Great Beings would not refer to each other as "Great Beings" or their giant robot as the "Great Spirit." • Prior to the Shattering, many Agori and Glatorian had been outside of Bara Magna. Most are not native to Bara Magna. • Greg, on the Vorox's anomalous tails: "Ah, but who is to say they aren't the same species as G

I Also Have The Final Battle

Monday, September 29, 2008 Despite absolutely dreary weather, a ray of sunshine comes my way. So yeah, I'm a happy man today . I stopped by the Borders conveniently located at a bus stop on the way home from school, and to my joy, they had The Final Battle stocked aplenty. For anyone who wants to pick up the book sooner rather than later -- GO TO BORDERS. THEY HAVE IT. I read what I could on the bus/train ride on the way home. As I type, I haven't made it even close to the ending yet,

Friday, September 19, 2008 Here we go -- Farshtey Feed #2. I'd like to congratulate my brother on turning fourteen today. Wish him happy birthday! KARDA NUI • The Axalara T9 was not intended for any specific Toa. • It will take hundreds of thousands of years for the Ignika to run out of power. • All of the vehicles could get supercharged under the right circumstances. • Even if one of the Mistika Makuta got new protosteel armor, he (or she) still would have limited access to his power

Botw? No Way!

Sunday, October 8, 2006 I just came home from mass, as on every Sunday morning. After I washed the grime of the pews off my hands, got a drink, and waited for the computer to whirr and chortle to life, I of course visited the BZP homepage, checking for news on Bionicle. And, of course, I spotted the Blog of the Week article (although the title was a little hard to read at first). C'mon, everybody, lets all happy-dance! You're Awesome got BotW! A big thanks to members who read and

Heroes Fan

Friday, March 9, 2007 Hello again, BZPower. I haven't posted an entry in a very long time or posted in the forums much lately. I've been busy with schoolwork. I've completed a research paper, given a major speech, started driver's ed, and been swamped with plenty of other work in between. But don't worry about me; it happens to everyone. Usually this situation pops around the end of third quarter. I've also had some difficulty with the computer lately, which has seriously not been fun AT ALL.

Friday, October 24, 2008 KARDA NUI • Vican couldn't care less that Mutran is dead. • Greg: "There was a process in place that the Nuva could have used to wake Mata Nui up without the Ignika, but it would have been time-consuming to do. With the Ignika counting down to extermination of all life in the universe, there wasn't time to do it that way. But it was still the Nuva's destiny to do it -- the Ignika was simply the tool they used to make it happen. (Who got the Ignika into the Codrex? Wh

Friday, April 10, 2009 Good Friday Ask me about adulthood. BARA MAGNA • The implants used by the inhabitants of Bara Magna are so efficient that they can be passed on to new individuals without use of sophisiticated technology, which they lack. • Glatorian death is extremely rare -- Glatorian matches are not to the death, and killing an opponent in the arena is treated the same way as a boxer killing another one in a match. Injuries, of course, can and do happen all the time. • Hundre

Friday, October 17, 2008 KARDA NUI • Rockoh T3 is faster than either of the other two vehicles and is built for ramming attacks. • Greg doesn't consider Gavla evil -- he considers her lonely and friendless. Think about it -- Gavla, before becoming a shadow Matoran, never stole or robbed or killed anyone. She wasn't evil. But she didn't feel welcomed or wanted by her tribe. She did feel needed by the Makuta, which is why she didn't want to go back to being an Av-Matoran. That's not being evil
