Here we go -- Farshtey Feed #2. I'd like to congratulate my brother on turning fourteen today. Wish him happy birthday!
KARDA NUI
• The Axalara T9 was not intended for any specific Toa.
• It will take hundreds of thousands of years for the Ignika to run out of power.
• All of the vehicles could get supercharged under the right circumstances. • Even if one of the Mistika Makuta got new protosteel armor, he (or she) still would have limited access to his power

Ike ruined the carpeting in my basement. We had been together for a long time, now it's time to say our good-byes. Rugs typically don't talk, so we were short.
I have a killer sore throat today, so school didn't seem appealing. I didn't go, just ate soup and crackers. In my house. Alone. I think I have strep throat. I certainly have something throat.
Looks like I'm giving you Farshtey Feed 2 tomorrow.

Here's the thing: this MOC was too cool to die in BBC.
So I'll cheat and post it in my blog instead, where I can see it getting more comments than in the MOC forum. BBC was pathetic. People come in saying things like "I don't see any flaws except..." as if that's all you look for when you judge art. So constructive criticism -- or even just supportive comments -- on parts like the legs (I suggest taking a look at how they are jointed to the body), wing design,

Swearing is bad, so when you have to use an expletive on BZPower, what are your alternatives?
Mata Nui! ... Chocolate milk! ... Pohatu's foot! ... blue pins!
BTW, what's funny is that it takes like ten people to give this blog the exact same rating, lol. Really, thanks for that guys, there were cobwebs on the rating bar .

Hello there, readers! This is the first entry of the Farshtey Feed, my OGD Weekly Digest. Come here every Friday to get condensed notes from the OGD. Notice the new bar in the Links box. We'll see how this goes!

9/11
No one has rated this blog for almost two years now.
But it takes only one to tip the scale from 4.0 to five stars... It would be nice to have that, having cared to post some pretty good entries in my time. On that subject, I'm posting the first OGD Weekly Digest entry tomorrow.
Incredibly, I received my Brickmaster September-October today, on the tenth of the month. I'm a happy man, since typically I get my issue on like the 25th... of the next month. On that subject, I complained to Lego about not getting a July issue, and I am still waiting on that issue to arrive in my mailbox, in September. Is that right? Anyway, here's some photos, including some of the exclusive Klakk set.
The Klakk is a simple set.

I was quite impressed today at school. My friends knew what I was talking about when I said, "So, you hear what they did in Switzerland?" I got into this fanboy discussion with one guy about Nikola Tesla and how the FBI stole away the blueprints for his particle beam, like the real-life plans for the Death Star. Another friend told me that his uber-geeky physics teacher compared the likelyhood of the machine creating a black hole that would swallow up the earth to

Tell me, what would you think of an OGD Weekly Digest featured in this blog?
I'm one of those people who checks the OGD daily. Something I do that other people may not is record all the little nuggets of information in a never-ending Microsoft Notepad document so I can reference them later. Now, since I do this activity anyway, I realize it would be pretty easy to post these notes in a blog entry every Friday for everyone to see. For people who would like to catch

I was reading through my ancient PMs to GregF, and my face was figuratively turning red as I noticed how obviously I was searching for the clearest, most congenial way to say "Hello, Greg" and "Thank you, goodbye" and never quite finding it, sounding more like I was supplicant to him for his almighty knowledge. Alright... I'll give you an example:
Granted, it gets a lot better after that, and that's really tame compared to other PMs I've encountered in which th

What's interesting is that all summer I put off blogging almost entirely. Now that school has started, I'm posting something every darn day.
Oh, and thanks for all the help yesterday, lol. I am waiting for an answer.

Oh, and I have a question for anyone who can help me: does anyone know where I could easily host an mp3 file to link to in an entry? I don't think Brickshelf and Maj allow that.

If you were a blogger back in the days of olde, you probably remember that the cute little squares that tell you if there are unviewed comments in an entry... were colored orange. Actually, that was a site-wide thing. All the little tags -- you probably don't even pay attention to them -- next to the title of a topic or next to the comment count at the bottom right of a blog entry used to be bright orange, at eye-grabbing contrast against BZPower's light blue bac

So, this is my plan for the KanohiJournal contest.
Trying not to sound too pretentious, I consider this version of Nuparu's aqua blaster blade to be the solution to a problem.
Nuparu’s aqua blaster blade is mentioned and seen in action in the books, and, if you want to be particular, is therefore considered part of the canon storyline. Here’s the thing. The weapon is only mentioned in the books because the prototype Nuparu set that G

Only the skilled can perform feats such as this.
Only the cleansed may touch it.
Believe me, it's a lot harder than it looks. Go ahead, try it yourself.
In other news, it's the last day of summer for me... =[

I see you on my users viewing list and I will click on your profile, and I will show up whining "why has no one commenteeeeeeeed? =[ "
Hee hee.

Guess which animal.
So, I just got back yesterday from a trip. Twelve-hour car rides aren't my favorite thing, but I'm just glad to be back. School starts on Thursday.
I'll tell you the answer to the above in a later entry. Unless of course someone gets it before then. I think you'll be surprised by the answer.

Just to warn you, this is sort of a storyline rant. Don't take it the wrong way -- I like the story, always have, but sometimes things just need to be said, you know. This time around, it's about Hewkii's mask power.
I'm reading through Prisoners of the Pit again, and Hewkii is using his mask of Gravity to make a 200-foot venom eel slam into the sea floor and a Takea shark float helplessly away to the surface. And I'm thinking this is just one of the most miserable
