Mmmmmm Halo

Spent Sunday night at a friends house, and we played Halo for almost 12 hours straight (starting in the afternoon and then ending when Live went offline). You know, I think I'm actually getting good at Halo, 'cuz I was able to beat my friend a few times, and he's really good. Also, he got a killtacular (5 kills in a very short time), and we both had some fun with a bunch of glitches that occurred in the Forge on Valhalla.   Argy

Moc Of The Week 37

October starts this Wednesday, and I find it hard to believe that Christmas is less than 3 months away. Today I present to you the last MOCotW for September. Read on to see who won.   Argy

Having Animation Fun.

You gotta love Adobe Premier Elements. I would have made them both better, but all I had was 50 minutes to make them.       It was pure coincidence that the both had the same number of frames.   Argy

Just finished composing Epic Journey Track 7, and finished editing Epic Journey Track 3. Previews of both songs have been posted on nathan8472.com with the other four completed songs, and I encourage you to check them out. Particularly Track 7, because it gave me quite the adrenaline rush.   I am still in need of names for Tracks 2-8, so if you have any suggestions at all, please suggest them.   I now officially have 10 days to start and finish Track 8 (already have the whole song in my head

One Step Closer To A Wii

My dad's been gone all this past week, and as has been tradition since I've been alive, he brought me a little present when he got back. The present? 2000 Wii Shop points. A wonderful present for me, as I'll be getting a Wii next month.   Argy

Moc Of The Week 35

After an absence lasting two weeks, it returns in full force. This weeks winner may or may not be much of a surprise to you!   Argy

It's Amazing, Really.

I incredibly swamped right now. Schoolwork isn't letting up at all, and between Epic Journey and extra-curricular activities; I've been really busy. I've been tired all week, even though I've been getting more than enough sleep. BZPower, for the moment has been pushed to secondary priority, and thanks to Kohaku for understanding that. As he said; Real Life > BZPower. Just the same, I look forward to being able to spend all my time on BZP once again.   We got a Wii for our Youth Center,

My Apologies To All Of You.

Yes, I did completely forget MOC of the Week two days ago, no I have no excuse. I finally received some of my online course's textbooks on Friday, and I've been working practically nonstop to start the class and get myself caught up with it ('cuz I'm 3 weeks behind). Sunday went by pretty quickly and I totally spaced out MOCotW. If necessary, I'll put aside some time tonight so I can put it up.   Argy

Trademark Infringement

Which is something that I'd rather avoid. Finally, I choose to mention something here that I haven't yet. Quite obviously, I can't simply name my CD; GarageBand, because that name's trademarked for the program I used to make my CD. I've known this since I first decided to make this CD. As such, a different CD title needed to be made. It's actually been mentioned in my blog already, but as a song name, and not the CD name. For those of you who know what I'm talking about; yes, I'm referring

And So Finally...

...I find time to BZP again. This last week's been quite hectic, with being gone for several days and then having a bit of schoolwork to catch up on. Needless to say, all that is done now, and I can finally resume my normal (if you can call it that) schedule with the computer. To start out, I find my blog. Good old blog; it's been much more popular than I ever expected it to be, and I thank you all for that. It's been a while since I had a major discussion entry in here, and I think it's ab

Sorry Guys.

I've been out of town since Thursday, and I haven't really been able to get to the computer much. As such, unfortunately, there won't be any MOCotW tomorrow. I can either do it Tuesday, or I can just skip this week and continue next Sunday. Comment here with your vote, it doesn't really matter either way to me.   Once again, sorry for any inconvenience this causes.   Argy

Remember This One?

Well, just got it back today. I took it to a music store to get it fixed several days ago. One of the wires to the volume got disconnected and shredded somehow. The repairs only cost $15, but I'm just happy that a year old problem has finally been solved. I plugged it into my dad's Mac today, and started playing it through GarageBand. One thing that you may not know about GarageBand is that it works just like a regular amp for instruments that you plug in. I can choose from, and customize,

Now hanging on my locker, and at a few other places in town.   Pre-order today!   (Note that the off-white color around the background image only appears on a computer. When I printed these off, the off-white part wasn't visible at all.)   Argy

Life Is Good.

Got a lot of cool school courses, enjoying my time there, and got plenty of things to keep me occupied throughout the day. Also, I proved to a teacher that my note-taking skills rely on the existence of Chaos Theory. It was epic.   Life is good.   Argy

Why Is 6 Afraid Of 7?

Currently working on GarageBand songs #6 and #7 right now; one of them is closer to a Rock'n'Roll genre, and the other, well, I have no clue. The other has a Piano, some synths, a lead Electric Guitar, and a violin. I have no idea what you'd call that kind of music, but I am infinitely impressed with the way it sounds. In other news, one of my best friends has agreed to write and sing lyrics for the latter song, and I'm really looking forward to seeing how she makes it turn out.   Argy
