Yesterday this little red mask from 2010, but designed to look like the one from 2001 appeared next to my PE bar. Oh man, has it really been nine years??
I know this is lame, but really, there's this really cool dragon MOC in the BBC that you should comment on. I even provided a link in both my sidebar and in the last entry. I don't understand how in the world it could only be deserving of seven comments, and it's kind of disheartening.
Updated from yesterday. Legs are mostly done, with few details and such to be added. Torso is under development, this is basic so far. Head is just a placeholder (probably) while I work on proportions and whatnot.
I love taking terrible photos of WIPs. It makes me laugh on the outside, and on the inside.
So there's nothing terribly special going on here, nothing ground-breaking. But I just wanted to build something, so I have been.
Switch out the blue for black, and the Miru for a Hau, and have it built a month ago, and it would have been my Black Six MOC for the contest. But, I didn't have time for that, so now it's something else.

So, the other day Nukaya and I were talking about video games. I haven't really played a whole lot of video games since the Gamecube days, and even then, it was basically just Metroid Prime, SSBM, and Zelda: Wind Waker. (I've loved Zelda games since OoT back for the N64, and I bought Majora's Mask with my own money back in middle school). Anyway, we were talking about how we enjoy playing the Wii back at her parents' house, and how it would be nice to have one here in our house. She was joking
You know what confuses me? I have a dragon MOC I worked kinda hard on in the BBC, and a semi-toamod that I literally threw together in the BBC as well.
And the dragon has half as many comments as the Toa MOC.

In other news, I have made the Tulsa run, and now have access to my MOCs. I had the MOCing supplies, but not the MOCs themselves. So now I can continue to toy with HT some more before I set up the photo shoot, as there are still a few things here and there I would like to toy with.

I'm having Firefox problems due to universal irony, so I'm unfortunately having to resort to that clunky and irritating Google Chrome browser.
And what the heck?
Can someone explain to me why in Firefox or IE, my blog content block images fit nice and centered inside their respective content blocks, but in Google Chrome they spill over the side? I do not like this.
(This is why I do not use this browser. It makes me angry.)
I've been waiting for these to show up for weeks now. I'm not complaining, I know that the online Pick-a-Brick is all done by hand, and all in Denmark, so I understand it takes time. But these showed up yesterday and I'm so so so glad they did because now I can really get started on my Brickfair 2012 MOC project.
