Aftermath Design-a-villain Contest

It's been a while since we've had a good contest that hasn't been ruined by some sort of camera issues, so I figured we'd try something new.
The challenge: Design an enemy to appear in Aftermath.
Explanation: Simple as they come. Just design an enemy that could work as a good villain/regular enemy in Aftermath. You're welcome to use whatever means you want: drawing, MoCing, or just plain describing it. If you do describe it though, make sure to give it a thorough description. Remember(this goes for MoCing and drawings too) height and width comparisons help.
The winner will appear in Aftermath sometime later. Deadline will be sometime around the end of January.
Speaking of Aftermath, look (potentially) for the CCC Comedy of the Year Awards, coming soon, in which hopefully Aftermath and many of it's characters will be featured.
