I have one of those Adipose stress toys, and I can assure everyone at home that they smell somewhat along the lines of burnt plastic mixed with milky charcoal.

 

Its odiferousness is quite punctually distinctive.

Woah, you have a friend with an Adipose doll? Like you know someone nerdy in real life? Grah, you're lucky. I'm all alone out here in my nerdom.

 

But yeah, seconded on the odour thing. And it also gets dust and stuff stuck to it, but it's alright because it's an Adipose and they're awesome.

I know quite a few Doctor Who friends on campus (one actually went to the Doctor Who Experience a few weeks ago, and it sounds awesome), some more elsewhere in my life, and can have some intelligent nerdy discussions with my roommate on a few things if we so desired (the latest of which was if a Vulcan could become a Jedi).

Not to mention knowing a few dozen BZPower members which I met at BrickFest/Fair and will see again in August.
