From experience, the Lime Rau was the hardest Kanohi in the 2001 collection to find.

 

I have no idea why, it just was.

 

I don't think I have the masks you need now, but if you're ever interested you can check my trading post.

I would have expected the hardest/most expensive to find to be a Kaukau, probably the green one.

 

Also, lol, I have a green Hau, but as it's one of my few 01 great kanohi, I'm probably not letting it go anytime soon.

 

a green Hau shouldn't be hard to find though. I already found two at under 2.50 somewhere. Sadly, the site has forums...

I had a hard time getting the last couple masks I needed, a Blue Kakama and a Black Akaku. The Black Akaku I ended up ordering from the Netherlands.

 

I'd still like to get a Copper Komau and a Chrome Hau...

When colecting mask packs, back in the day, the hardest masks to find were green ones. The only green masks I ever found were a trans kaukau and a ton of green Mirus (which is like, why include them?)

 

Black masks are also pretty expensive... I only got a black Miru (worth $6 or something online at the time) by trading with Chocolate Frogs. I have a few Kanohi Nuva left, since I gave a lot away at BrickFair and BrickCon last year. But I still have some chrome masks that I could trade...

 

Hey, if you catch an Amtrak up to Tacoma or something, we can probably work out a deal with Dan. I think I saw like 20 of so green Hau in the Bionicle playpack.

I was able to get all standard (non-misprint) transparent Kaukau, including the trans-green one, for $15 CAD on eBay.
