I'm almost completely certain I've talked about this sort of thing in the past, probably all I ever talk about (not really), but I'm currently deep in this situation and it's doing my head in after only three lectures.

 

But anyway, so you know the people that talk in class all the time, they've GOT to say something just about everything, a comment for every point? And isn't it funny how most of those comments are when they're not just completely wrong (both in terms of accuracy and decency), they're just plain stupid? Yeah, that's this guy who just will not let up. I don't know if he realises that he sounds like a COOL DUDE, but he sure is one. To be fair, sometimes he does have some interesting or insightful stuff to say, but most of the time, please, think before you say something, you sound ridiculous. And also let other people speak, please, my goodness, and ESPECIALLY DO NOT TALK OVER THEM. Far out.

 

Also I had to sit next to him today and he reeked of cigarettes or whatever. Urgh, smokers.

 

The best thing about being apathetic and asocial is that you generally don't have to deal with these annoying people that you can't stand. The worst thing is you don't get to deal with the awesome people either.

Oh do I feel your pain...

One of my first college courses, we had this guy who always showed up stoned out of his mind.

The professor never realized, so we ended up with question, after question, after question...

 

Absolutely mind-numbing.

Oh man, it reminds me of another guy in another class who's always asking these dumb questions and is probably stoned? I don't know. But more the point, he starts laughing at really inappropriate times, it's really terrible. I don't know if it's just that or if there's something else going on with him, but man, is it annoying. I do get the feeling though I'm not alone in my sentiments, so that's heartening.

 

I feel pretty terrible for trash talking, I try and not do it, but sometimes...urgh.

I've got the same problem, man. There's this guy in my chemistry class who actually just doesn't give a flip whether he passes or not... and therefore thinks it's fine to talk and laugh the whole lesson.

You know, not like any of us wanted to pass or anything.
