Try setting aside time for fun and relaxation. That might help a bit.

When you feel horrible, having fun and relaxing aren't things that happen.

It might help with your feeling horrible in the first place. Just go outside and sit down in the sun, it might be beneficial.

It's not sunny often where I live. It's overcast most of the time. Besides, while sunny weather is nice, it's not going to solve my problems.

In my experience I've found the best thing to do is to do something. When I had access to my Lego that meant building something and listening to music.

Well, I built an Arc Reactor to beat my ennui.

Uh… what's an "ennui"?

Sucks man. But find something you like and just do your best, then I think you'll find things much better.
