Well it's just a heavily abstracted way of drawing. I actually like it. (Well obviously, otherwise I wouldn't be using it...)

Forgive me I meant to say rules.

 

(Scanty says rules as "rrruuuurruuus!" in the show she is in. It became a bit of a meme. I don't know if that's how they rules in Japanese or she said it like that because she is easily excitable).
