That's ridiculously slow.

I got Skype up to "2 days remaining" on school internet once. Then it just stopped downloading.

Please, I sometimes average 100-200 KB on steam here. =P

 

Its ridiculous, but my internet fluctuates like the ocean, it could be what I said at one moment, then 2.4 MB the next.

I usually get 173 KB/s on Steam.

I fluctuate between 20 and 50 KB. It's called having the next to worst internet possible.
