Nope, that's a good thing. Warning Points are just a new feature that BZP has now where you can see how many warning points you have and why -- aka, proto points. Because of how BZP's system is set up, it's a little backwards so the more warning points you have, the better (that means you have +4 proto points), whereas if you have negative warning points, that would be bad (as it would mean you have negative proto points).
