Upcoming Blog Drill

Onuki

Okay, I'm going to do my first "Blog Fire Drill" tomorrow -- this will consist of changing all of the entries to drafts and timing it to see how long it takes. After I keep my blog like that for a few minutes, I'll change it back and post the time. I'll be eager to see if anyone will be able to beat it. :P

Of course, it really depends on how many entries you have, and how docile the server is feeling at the moment. Lots of variables.

Onuki, over and out

Do you want others to try to beat your time, or are you just going to try to beat it yourself?

How are you going to time yourself, anyways?

Now, I'm going off to Google.com to find out the chances of a blog catching fire.

Don't mistake the Hacker alarm with the fire alarm, happened at my school short time ago, we had someone with a broken leg and an weelchair and the elevator was not working, it took an hour to get him out of the school.

And the drill is. Think, write, and post. Right? :P
No, it's draft, draft, and publish.

Others can try, and as a matter of fact, I might post a listing of the standings somewhere in that left column. :)

I'm going to be using my watch (has a stopwatch function) to do it -- you time it from the second you press the first "draft" until you see the screen with all of the entries as drafts.

Blogs can catch on fire. Sort of. Some of the time. Maybe. :P

I think the only time a blog can catch fire is if someone flames it up. *Is bricked for bad pun.* Good thing all comments can be approved or disapproved.

I shall be sticking around to see when the Blog Drill time pops up.

I probably won't get to do the actual drill till tomorrow... *yawn*

Gee, Tahraau, you certainly seem to be getting bricked quite a lot of late. :P
