What difference does it make if you're left-handed or not?

 

I right-click with my ring finger. It doesn't stretch my fingers in a weird way and my middle finger is free for mouse-wheel functions.

My mouse isn't that wide, it just feels funny to have those to fingers that far apart while all the rest are scrunched together more.
