I felt it was really good. It's a prime example, in my opinion, of fanservice done right: giving fan-favorite characters some of the spotlight (Wonderbolts, the newly-named Bulk Biceps, and of course Derpy) without letting it get in the way of the story. And like "Rarity Takes Manehattan", it managed to spotlight one of the Mane Six's elements of harmony while still giving a new and valuable lesson. I have to say, any trepidation I may have felt toward "Rainbow Power" is evaporating away as each episode that seems to lead up to that proves to be a winner.
