Lenses are confusing. At least in nuclear physics you can look at equations that could theoretically play a major part in the destruction of the earth.

I agree. Focal lengths and all that never came as easily to me as most of the other concepts in physics. Lenses are really pretty complex it would seem - remember that the next time you're at the eye doctor!
