Mixed Garchomp with full Sp. Atk investment is baffling to me, especially with Draco. The point should be for it to be a physical attacker and to stop steels and also use Draco once before resuming physical attacks. I'd say a life orb would serve him much better too, and Mega either Scizor or Ttar.

Skarmory needs an actual attacking move to not be a sitting duck against Taunt, Sub, etc....

Ttar as a special attacker is also rather baffling. It was gimmicky way back in Gen IV, and I don't know why it would be better now. Stone Edge > Rock Slide too.

Also, you seem to have too many choice users. Using Scizorite would help with that as well.

Hrmm, okay, thanks. These movesets and stats were all taken off Smogon, so I think they're not all terrible.

The idea with Skarmory is to drag out the enemies team and harm them with spikes/toxic etc and keep whirlwinding to switch all of them. Dunno whether that's a good plan or not. Wouldn't mind adding a proper attack in there, though.
