After seeing the theory that Jar-Jar was intended to be a Sith Lord all along, Nomura decided to tap into that wasted potential and bring the character back as one of Xehanort’s vessels. Not much information is available at this time, but a screenshot has leaked of Jar-Jar in a black cloak at the Keyblade Graveyard, taunting Sora with the same speech Ansem Seeker of Darkness gave him back in the first game:
“So, yousa has come dis far…yet still, yousa be undastandin’ nuttin’!”
I’m excited.
