Strange Caller IDs

Over the last two days, I gotten calls that had some really strange names bought up in my phone's caller ID. And they weren't people's names either. They were names of things I wouldn't expect to see in one's caller ID. Here are these names:

 

Illegal Scams.

Protect Love Ones.

Incoming Baby.

Redemption Dept.

 

My only question is why am I getting calls from people or place who identify themselves with these names? :???:

 

I know there're probably telemarketers, but still...
