Draw. Every. Day.

Even if it's just random doodles, and no studies or super-finished pieces. And this thing with not having any ideas? It gets better after the first few pages. You eventually get accustomed to producing some form of output every day, even when you're not inspired. ^^

:kaukau: Actually, yes.  That really does make a difference.  To get ideas, I recommend watching a random movie and thinking, "You know, I think that shot would cooler from this angle.  Or what if they expressed this emotion?  Or what if this thing happened that generally made the scene a little more visual?  What if I combine this cool image from one movie and another cool image from another?  Or what if I just love it exactly what I'm seeing, but wonder what it would look like in charcoal?"

I never have trouble with the ideas, to be honest.  It's definitely harder for me to get it together to draw every day.  Perhaps I'd be unstoppable if someday something clicks and I actually begin doing that.
