So when you bring your sandwich home and open it up from its wrapping, be sure to not do this at the corner of the table. Otherwise half of it might fall out and land on the floor. Because then you only have half a sandwich to eat. 

Yes, I learned this the hard way today. :P

I'm so sorry for your loss. Sounds like it was an awesome sandwich and didn't deserve such a tragic death. Hope the other half of the sandwich can handle the grief of losing its friend.

You hate to see it. I definitely had this happen to me a time or two coming back from the sandwich shop when I lived on campus.
