Not really MOC-related, but hey, who says a MOCist can't dabble in other things? Anyway, an old topic of mine was re-opened recently. It had some links to download animation programs like Microsoft GIF Animator and UnFREEz. I felt that the information in the topic was a bit out of date (after all, I posted it back in '03!), so I figured an update was in order. The topic now has updated info, links to a couple useful programs, and a tutorial.
