hmm.. interesting, although a completely red Kraahkan might over do it, it should be mixed..

 

those arms would be a lot better, in fact if you'd like, i could try to rebuild Icarax, and try to do all the corrections you have said(except for the mask) then you could see if you really like it.

 

oh, and there's no black Pohatu thing, but you could easily just use gray, and it might look sufficing. and, i've also managed to make a huge claw with 2 Antroz blades, which doesn't look too bad, but the shield would be better..

 

and, i could make the red Piraka legs..

Agreed. After all, since it is exactly the same mask in exactly the same form as MoMN's, I figure it would be beneficial to make that evident. Plus, it would allow for better consistency with the other Makuta Phantoka, even though it would perhaps seem a tad tiresome to many fans after Antroz.

 

All of your other changes seem worthwhile, though I'm sure there's an easier way to fix the right arm without making it so short...
