I heard rumors of them cutting the price of the PS3 to keep up. No such luck. Apparently, they feel that the price is perfectly fine.

Off course, Sony is still making loss for each Playstation 3 they sell, why'd they lower the price. Just check out Wiki's page for PS3 to understand how Sony is going to make profit.

Ya I like having my birthday right before Christmas,(mines November 24), twice as much presents, and almost everything is on sale (Black Friday). Although, when I do go shopping after my birthday other people are crazed sale monkeys, and theres almost nothing in stores. ><
