Seriously though, that's both a frightening and pretty darned awesome story.

Roofs aren't meant to run around on. Despite any James Bond or Jason Bourne movies you may have seen.

 

I don't know for sure where the hole is, but I think it was in an area where there's been a leak before. So, yeah, it may not have been the best place to stand.

 

Lol, same thing happened to my grandpas brother and wife (great uncle?) Turns out a guy cut a hole through their garage and was running around their attic. ended up falling in the middle of their room at like 4. they ended up screaming and the guy ran away though.

Way to catch a law-breaker!

It's always Murphy's Law that gets them in the end. The Police can be as competant as Sherlock Holmes, but it's always a slip-up that gets the criminal caught

It turns out they actually had him cornered... all the streets around our house were apparently being patrolled, so he could've tried to hide in the woods but they probably would've found him.

 

And the thing with Sherlock Holmes is that he understands that everybody is human and make mistakes... except he doesn't make them, so he wins!

 

But that logic implies that Sherlock Holmes...isn't human...Egads!
