Mr. Farshtey As A Teacher
Sunday, October 29, 2006
What would life be like if Greg Farshtey were one of your teachers?
Think about it. Your school -- be it grade school or high school -- needs a new English teacher; and Greg, an author for LEGO, happens to have the necessary degrees and decides to pursue the job. Yeah, Greg wouldn't be able to keep the job with LEGO as it is, so this is totally far-fetched. It just would not be capable of happening. But can you imagine the first day...
"Hello, class. I'm Greg Farshtey."
You'd like to meet BZP's respected Bionicle author, so instead of shying away after class, you go up to him and say,
"Hello, Mr. Farshtey. Ever hear of a place called BZPower?"
So you know Greg Farshtey from BZPower; and now he does, too. You go around BZP with "GregF is my teacher omg!! gives lots of homework too" in your sig; and, every day in class, you get to meet the BIONICLE Legends author in person. Why PM GregF when you can ask him questions in the flesh after class?
"Hey, Mr. Farshtey, anything new on the Barraki or Hydruka or anything like that?"
"You know I can't discuss this ."
What's funny is that whenever you would PM Greg, instead of asking the typical questions, it might go a little more like this:
Hey, Greg. Just a few questions:
1. Do you want us to write our essays double-spaced so that you can write in your comments or single-spaced because it's a final grade?
2. Can you give me a question from next Friday's test? Please?
3. When's our next quiz?
Thanks .
1) The former
2) I cannot discuss future tests
3) Can't answer it
Ha ha ha . Well, I've had my laugh. Just thinkin'.
