Those who are lieutenants can work their way up by 'proving themselves' to the Leaders. I already know one member who is going to be moved up to Captain very soon, since I already know the things he's going to do for us. We may at one point allow more Leaders, but only if we grow GREATLY. Also, everyone new from no on is a private, but can easily move up once the RPG begins. :]

Our goals will be decided by myself and my fellow leaders, but it'll probably come out as something like that.
