I Can't Believe It.

UP is better than Wall-E. And I thought that was impossible to achieve.

Well worth the wait! Particularly glad that I didn't see it 3D, I feel it's a needless gimic, so seeing it normally is lovely. Such an emotively beautiful film. I actually cried twice (in the bits about Carl's life). In a childrens film! That's amazing. I'm such a softy.

Absolutely loved it. How on earth this can be beaten I have no idea.

I watched Wall-E last night in order to counteract watching a horribly violent and inhumane movie.

Still need to see Up, though (soon, hopefully!).

There is only one better than Wall-E. And it is UP. :)

Those two films are just so good on a visual and emotive level. While the Toy Stories had good stories, the rest have not really been quite as good on either visual or emotive levels. Although Cars is up there.

But all you've given is an opinion as well. I mean, what are the 'facts' that you are referring to? Whether something is better than another is almost entirely based on opinion, I would have thought.

Based on my opinion, yes.

To an extent, though, a lot of what I've read from professional film reviewers have suggested that those two are the best films released by Pixar, both visually and story wise. This may have influenced my opinion to a degree but still that's what I believe.
