Well, if you want a low end website, I suggest using Freewebs, they've got a pretty easy to use interface there and it'll be the easiest $200 you've ever made.

 

If you're looking for something more high-end, there's GoDaddy.com. There you can get your own domain, your own e-mail, and your own hosting plan. It isn't free, though, so you're going to have to cough up some of that $200, but if you enter the code Muggle when you check out, you can save 10%.

 

Both those sites have website builders if I'm not very much mistaken.

Actually, I'll still have that $200. I think my mom's willing to pay for the domain and such (I know it needs to be a domain). GoDaddy seems like a good builder to use...thanks! This should help me out a ton.
