This has been one of the most disgraceful days ever. tongue.gif

For crying out loud, suing Men At Work simply because a small flute solo in the song "Down Under" sounds a bit like "Kookaburra Sits in the Old Gum Tree", one of those children's or campfire songs is just wrong. The person who wrote it is long dead and it's some money grubbing music company who 'owns the copyright' to it and is suing the band millions. I mean, really, for god's sake, who gives a stuff? Geez.

If the general concensus is for something for music, I sure better not think about putting anything that sounds remotely like a children's song in it, heaven forbid.

When children sing songs around a campfire, they are redistributing them without permission. They should be sued too. :P
