Personally I like the white better.

 

I like the white more, as well.

The blue is too vibrant. Maybe a pale blue or a dark blue-gray.

Get a black or darkish grey card. White is too jarringly contrasting, and blue looks like you're prepping it for a movie.

The blue looks a tad washed, so white.

White seems too bright to me, and there seems to then be a glare on some parts, but the blue seems to take over in trying to accent the black. I like the idea of a grey sheet, or maybe a light blue.

The white makes the MOC much more definite and noticeable.
