You Know You Like Something Too Much
. . . when you start designing Yu-Gi-Oh decks for them completely out of the blue.
Seriously. One minute me and my brother are sitting in the back of the car, and the next thing I know, we're talking about Spells and Traps and Effects and Summoning Levels for the decks we had in mind. By the time we went to sleep last night, we'd designed themed decks for The Legend of Zelda, Sonic the Hedgehog, and I'd whipped up a deck for my very own Toa Rohaya.
If this doesn't classify us as nerds, I don't know what will. Other stuff I did this weekend:
- Went to my aunts' house to celebrate my younger cousin's birthday
- Flattened my nose to the grindstone to make up some homework I missed
- Continued to write drafts for my would-be novel
- Helped my brother navigate the Zora Temple in Twilight Princess
- Wondered where the heck the school year's gone
- Went shopping for new jeans with Mom
- Cursed Cryoshell for not having their album out yet
- Cleaned my room
- Planned defense for the endings of future epics
- Danced to music on the radio
- Schemed ideas for a possible prequel to Heroes and Halflings
