I'll keep that in mind, Xom -- not because it was helpful or reassuring, but because when you reach the same point I have (nearly finished with preplanned education, the time to leave home is drawing closer, and it's almost time to enter the giant sea that is Real Life), I'll come back and say that exact thing, just so you know just how unhelpful it was.

 

It's petty, and it'll take a while, but I would not be myself if I passed up an opprotunity for revenge.

It's okay, I'm older than you, though I hide my age with a fake. And with my abnormal childish attitude, I can pull off being 14 online.

Pah; growing old is nothing to fear. Except, you know, cancer, broken bones, the lack of the urge to do anything, arthritis, heart disease, getting shorter, and then, of course, waking up in a hospital bed realizing you're a milisecond away from dying.

Also: Being old can be good. When you hit seventy five, you can join the Colonial Defense Forces.

What's the Monorail incident?

Last year, there was an RPG titled "BZProvince" which Inferna, Ramble, and I played, along with many others. Early on, there was a big fight on a Monorail. Ramble was pretty much dead, so I gave him to Fernnels and threw them both out the Monorail. Inferna, who always likes a good fight, was annoyed to no end, and made my character suffer quite a bit for it.

Now you're making me wish even more that I'd played that Unfortunately I didn't actually get out of my noobish days until this year.

Oh! Me! Course that was before I realized that Jaller101 was not so good a username..... If I remember correctly I fought Rockhound or whatever his screen name is now and got my but whopped and Inferna nearly infected me. Ah, memories. hat was the rpg I truly learned how to RP in.
