I dunno actually. I guess the perspective/lines seem a little unsteady around the top of the head. And the "ears" seem a little out of line.

 

I really like the concept of it though. The jaw is really cool, as is the overall shape.

You're really good at creating things like that. I'd never be able to think up a cool head like that.

 

Oh, and it looks like something that might belong in 9. That's a good thing.

I think it looks a little too much like Meltdown's head. (Hero Factory Villian.) Maybe give him sharper teeth or something, that way it will look a little less similiar.
