Legolas... is that the elf from Lord Of The Rings, or is it the large spider from Harry Potter? Or is that Aragon?

 

Someday I think I should really read/watch LoTR.

I didn't even watch all of the Movies (only a part of one of them), and I read the books years ago... but I do recommend reading them. After that, you will never see 'modern' Fantasy literature like before. (Because manymany authors kinda "borrowed" species from LoTR...)

Aggh. Another fangirl. I think there was a comic strip that dealt with that when Return of the King came out, but I forget which one... >.>

 

Also, please don't kill me for saying the above, but I got tired of Legolas fangirls really fast, having to sisters, both of whom were the aforementioned horror... =l

This is so true. Though, it didn't hold true for some books out there that are fantasy and are void of all the species.

 

But hey, Legolas was like, my favorite character out of the whole series. (That got sealed after the little contest he had with the dwarf in the... I think the Return of the King... can't remember which film that was). Sort of why I really enjoyed my result on a quiz that lumped together a whole ton of characters from different stories/franchises, 'cuz out of all the hundreds there were, I ended up scoring as Legolas. XP
