Blessed Blade Posted October 22, 2010 the chest wound and missing eye were when the person shot Marie (In the dummy (Dunno why) ) If you mean when we heard the fight, they were two guys, remember? Distinctly male voices. Quote Link to comment
Lara White Posted October 22, 2010 The Lloth is the dummy's default body. (Where it's "Stored" while not in Marie) Marie is where the Lloth was now. (Fizzle proves it, the switching places thing. Marie is hung, dummy is walking). That proves nothing. All it proves is that we saw an odd picture of Marie and the dummy being switched. In addition, we have no evidence that the dummy is Lloth. We know that there is an evil dummy, and we know there's some evil god out there called Lloth. That's it. Quote Link to comment
Bara no Mitsukai Posted October 23, 2010 Likevikk...so, basically you're saying this is the movie Cell, to an extent XD Quote Link to comment
-Toa Lhikevikk- Posted October 23, 2010 Never heard of that movie. I was actually thinking of the Doctor Who episode Forest of the Dead. Quote Link to comment
Wyrd Bid Ful Araed Posted October 23, 2010 Can anyone remember which room it was that that weird symbol with the red centre appeared over a door? Because the 'Quarter Emblem" is fairly obviously part of that Quote Link to comment
-Toa Lhikevikk- Posted October 23, 2010 This one? It was the one that led to the bathroom, I think. Quote Link to comment
Lara White Posted October 23, 2010 Ah fer crying out loud--it's the eye. If we ever find a skinny object like a pencil or a scalpel, stick it into the pupil. Quote Link to comment
Calliou Posted October 23, 2010 Ah fer crying out loud--it's the eye. If we ever find a skinny object like a pencil or a scalpel, stick it into the pupil. Or, possibly, a syringe filled with a certain black substance? Quote Link to comment
Bara no Mitsukai Posted October 23, 2010 Then the eye will get too full and it'll explode and Marie will be covered in sticky, goopy, eyejuice.... Actually, yes, let's do that.... Quote Link to comment

Blessed Blade Posted October 23, 2010 Parry: Or asked things we shouldn't have asked. =P Quote Link to comment
Ace Rimmer Posted October 23, 2010 Well, Obviously, we have a odd liquid inside Marie. See what I did there? Quote Link to comment
Macku: Toa of Bubbles Posted October 23, 2010 I've been looking over the clues. Take a look at these two images. The stone has the same symbol as the bathtub. Anyone want to chance dropping the stone into the tub of goop to see what will happen? We will most likely lose the stone. Even if nothing happens, Marie is unlikely to want to reach into the razorblades and pick it up again. Though on second thought, I think that same symbol is in the crude drawing in the sitting room. If so, and even though I don't think it'll do any good, but we might want to try pressing the stone to that before we lose it in the goop, assuming little Marie can reach it. (I suggested getting the piano stool over in the topic.) Quote Link to comment
The Lorax Posted October 24, 2010 Going on the theory that Marie is/was dead, it figures that the stone would not warm up in her hand, since she has no body heat, or may not since being revitalised. Since the oven doesn't work, I have no way to prove this, but it may just be an ordinary rock. Quote Link to comment
Lara White Posted October 24, 2010 Via AIM Gato has confirmed that it is a major plot point that we stumbled upon. We're not supposed to have it yet. Quote Link to comment
The Lorax Posted October 24, 2010 And so we're probably not going to understand it until the point when we were supposed to discover it. :annoyed2: Still, it might be worth continuing to beat our heads against that particular wall in case we can discover its meaning early. The stone comes from under the stair, where something was hidden, and that something propted someone to confront Henry. Does the stone bewlong to him? Quote Link to comment

And I still have full belief in my theory. Plus none of those voices probably came from the dummy. No updates in a while, huh. Wonder how long it's been since Marie woke up/was possessed/whatever. And what do you mean, white-wolf, about the "Major plot point"? The cold-stone? Quote Link to comment
Will_billy Posted October 27, 2010 Well, obviously. Wonder why he'd give it to us so early on, then... Quote Link to comment
Kevin Owens Posted October 27, 2010 Sorry for my haitus. Unfortunately it'll probably continue until the weekend. School is particularly nasty. And the reason why I let you get the stone is because I don't railroad. Quote Link to comment
Lara White Posted October 27, 2010 Say we cannot do something because it's not supposed to happen yet. For example, we are not supposed to have the cold stone yet, but Gato let us get it because there is no reason we cannot have it. If he said "No you cannot open Ruby at all", that would be railroading. Quote Link to comment
Unit#phntk#1 Posted October 27, 2010 We weren't supposed to have Vera either, as when someone suggested to jam the door with the piano stool, he said "I can't think of any reason that wouldn't work without railroading". ~Unit#phntk#1 Quote Link to comment
