I prefer slow-moving zombie skulls to fast-moving leather balls.

I'm afraid of getting hurt if I miss the ball okay

I think there's a lot of strategy that goes into baseball that someone who doesn't follow it regularly wouldn't notice and in turn maybe wouldn't enjoy it is as much. I don't know, I used to feel the same way, but once I started paying more attention I got into it a little more. I still don't really care that much about the playoffs if my team isn't there (which is 99% of the time) but I enjoy watching the home team and going to games and rooting them on.

Oh, and sports aren't boring. :P

Eh, that line can be applied to any sport.

"Soccer doesn't make sense, it's so boring. All people do is kick a ball across the field, hardly ever scoring."

"Basketball doesn't make sense, it's so boring. Tall guys just run back and forth on a court, bouncing a ball and throwing it at a net."

"Baseball doesn't make sense, it's so boring. People hit a small ball and then run around a field."

"American football doesn't make sense, it's so boring. A bunch of large guys beat up on each other for thirty seconds at a time, and the rest of the two-three hours of the game are spent huddling around figuring out who to beat upon in the next thirty seconds."

"Tennis or Volleyball doesn't make sense, it's so boring. People just hit a ball over a net over and over, accomplishing nothing."

"Chess doesn't make sense, it's so boring. There's absolutely no physical skills needed to compete, and far too many rules to follow."

... and so on. ;)

Who considers that wonderful game a sport? :P

Someone says Fencing doesn't makes sense and I run them through.

Also, I dislike baseball.

Sports don't make sense if you don't understand it, and baseball is harder to understand sometimes if you don't watch it regularly. Football is similar, but you don't have to know all the plays to enjoy watching it. I don't care for soccer, because it can get boring watching a sport where there are so many draws, and besides, they don't show it on TV all that often anyway.

And just because I haven't yet carried out my threat to kill you, MI, doesn't mean I won't do it. >:-D

I disagree, but hey, to each his own. You just gotta let go, and get into it - sports are, surprisingly, fun to watch. Especially Baseball.

Baseball is quite boring unless your team is playing. The Brewers, that is. And they were awful this year...again.

American Football is the king of all sports. I can watch any team, any time, and any score it might be. Football makes Sunday my favorite day of the week. :P

Well, that depends. Usually, you have to pay extra to watch any team, like with DirecTV's Sunday Ticket thing. But yeah, it is nice for football fans that you can watch so many teams. Of course, with me, I can get Cubs, Cardinals, and White Sox games every day, plus the FOX Game of the Week on Saturdays, Sunday Afternoon Baseball on TBS, Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN, Monday Night Baseball on ESPN, Wednesday Night Baseball on ESPN, Thursday Night Baseball on MLB Network, Saturday Night Baseball on MLB Network, Matinee Games on MLB Network, and Pennant Chase Coverage Baseball on MLB Network, and if I wanted to pay extra money, I could get MLB Extra Innings and get every ball game, so really, you get even more baseball every week than you can get Football.

And then during baseball's offseason I get all the Blackhawks' games, all the Blues games, and can get a game every week on NHL Network and on Versus, and once football season is over, I can watch a game every Sunday on NBC.

Wow, that's a lot of baseball.

We're getting rid of cable soon, so I'll be limited to just Sunday and Sunday night football. And I'm not happy about it. I heard something about a football app coming to Roku and Netflix, though. I have the baseball one; I can watch any baseball game whenever I want.
