How come when you run out of Pokemon in a battle and hence lose, why do you black out for that one moment?

And when you lose to a wild Pokemon, how do you just 'drop' a set amount of money (if I recall correctly that's what happens)? Shouldn't a trainer be more careful with their cash?

I haven't actually lost a Pokémon battle in a while, but if I recall correctly, they switched that text to "whited out."

The only obvious explanation is that those kids spray paint in your face and steal your money.

I'm now imagining one of the school kids going up to you with a bottle of white out. Quite deadly.

Not with Nurse Joy around it's not. She can probably cure people too. Why else to you suddenly find yourself at the Pokémon Center with no memory of what happened? :P

You apparently "Scurry to the nearest Pokemon Center, protecting the injured pokemon from further harm" Lol. Might miss some details in there lol.
