:kaukau: Area of comparison: Everything.  Just argue the heck out of which character you like more, which has a greater meaning, which is cooler, which is the crown jewel of DC, which you aspire more to be like, etc.

Movie Reviews

:kaukau: From now on, whenever I see a recent theatrical release I will write a review of it here.  I do the same in the Last Film You Watched topic, but that includes all films.  This blog is reserved for current theatrical releases, and I will tend to these reviews first and foremost.  My reviews will remain spoiler-free, and I won't bother rating them.  While unprofessional, they should provide fair coverage, and I hope that there people who browse blogs who will appreciate the effort.  In the future, it is also conceivable that I might start creating book reviews.

Velox, this is indirectly a salute to you.  Enjoy.

:kaukau: First, I will post a "Chapter 2" as soon as possible, though it might not be for another couple of weeks.  Coincidentally, by then I might have watched Prometheus, which may or may not have a very similar plot.  If it does, I might have a problem, but this story was based on a dream that I had back in 5th or 6th grade.  I always wanted to write a story based on it and now I'm finally doing it, so wish me luck.

Second, I mentioned a Kitilik as if you're supposed to know what they look like.  This is a Kitilik.  Clerk, however, doesn't dress in those clothes, as those are truly and example of prehistoric Kitilik fashion.  This is also a Kitilik, though the drawing is incomplete without the antennae.  They're an extremely intellectual race, and they also don't like pronouncing their long O's.  Kitiliks are also prone to skepticism as a driving force when Homo sapiens are driven by curiosity.  Hopefully this should explain some of Clerk's behavior.

Because of his antennae, he doesn't like to wear hats and I imagine Clerk wearing an outfit similar to those in Prometheus.  Again, this is a coincidence.

Meanwhile, it's important to take note that this story takes place within the IDES expanded universe.  For those who are not aware of what the IDES is, it's a book series I plan on writing, and an acronym for the in-universe name for the multiverse itself: "Interdimensional Economic System".  This is a writing project that I'm very passionate about and I think that it's finally time that I take it seriously.  That means that I will no longer be limiting myself to short and incomplete vignettes and I will be writing more stories like this from now on.  If that interests you, stay tuned.

Finally, kudos to anyone who can figure out why I put off all other blog activity to post this particular short story exactly when I did.

Your Honor,
Emperor Kraggh

Content Block Ideas?

:kaukau: I need some interesting ideas for my content blocks.  There's that endless amount of space there, but it's not being put to any use.  A "Kraggh Quotes" section would be a decent first step, but the problem is, I can't think of anything interesting I've said worth quoting.  At least, not off the top of my head.  As for other ideas, I've kind of fallen short.  I've considered making images for my "Categories" content block, but chances are I'd just brew up something lame.

Anyways, I'm looking for ideas.  If anyone has any suggestions, please reply.

What Friends Do

I don't do idolatry, sorry.

And FYI, I really don't like it when people say something along those lines. Wrack the tomboyish anime queen, I can understand; but you? A respectable figure who does have Faith? No. That just made me lose a chunk or honor to you, mate. =/

~EW~

:kaukau: I must really appreciate what EmperorWhenua said here in my last blog entry.  He is a friend, and sometimes a friend has to point out the errors of the other.  That is what friends do, because they care for each other, and the best thing you can do for someone if you care for them is to pick them up when they stumble.  I really respect EmperorWhenua for standing up and giving his honest opinion in that blog entry, and I agree with what he said.  I admit, I feel guilty for the arrogance in that blog entry, arrogance that I tried to deny through humor, and I very well ought to feel guilt.  I very well ought to be humbled.  I must also thank EmperorWhenua for being my friend.

The blog entry, entitled "Worship Me", has now been deleted.

Your Honor,
Emperor Kraggh

Why Am I Not Popular? I'm Curious.

:kaukau: The title basically says it all.  I've just noticed that a lot of my friends have about an average of eight replies for their typical blog entry, even when they're the random ones.  Yet, for some of my entries, I'd be lucky if I get a comment at all.  What do they have that I don't have?
