Life is like a box of Grenades

I went to McKay's today and bought some neat stuff.  Particularly, Maze of Shadows and Matoran Adventures, the only two Bionicle GBA games I previously didn't have.  I also got Bionicle Heroes (PS2) and Star Wars Episode 3 (DVD).  That should keep me entertained.

Well, I had a horrible and saddening christmas this year;  In fact, I would rather prefer the Holiday never arriving.
 
But, on the note of my project, We've primed the helmet and have 1 coat of paint on.  The last coat should complete it today.
 
Bah Humbug!

I started tinkering around with the Phantoka Demo again.  It brings back a bunch of memories.  I wish the creator of it actually fully developed the game, or added a weapon and some NPCs, at least.  I also just found out how to throw the Grenades, which is pretty fun.  I was looking at it's program files, and noticed I could change the textures and such.  Now I just have to find a compatable companion cube texture

I was looking around on Netflix and I found a very peculiar item.  "Fireplace for Your Home: Classic Edition"

I suppose it's for those people who don't have a lighter or wood, but yet have iPhones, computers, and want to pay monthly subscriptions ( )

But anyways, this is a surprise to me.  It must be very boring, staring at a digital fire for an hour to Christmas music XD.

Well, I found an app that let's me listen to the local public radio station, because for some strange reason I don't have a radio in my room at my parent's house.  Now I can listen to NPR and be on BZP at the same time 7 days a week.

Apparently, now when you look at someone's post, it shows if they are currently online or not.  This is faster than having  to scroll your mouse over their name or go to their profile.  This also makes it much easier to tell if the person you are waiting for to reply to your post is not there, or just being plain lazy (Although there is also the chance that they are busy viewing another topic,  etc.)

Well, It's good to see that some positive change is being made on the forums.

I got something epic in the mail today

Vezon and Kardas!

So after two glorious hours of building this set, and I took some pictures.

About a third into the build, when you work on the main spinal column/torso/waist thing, it looks almost like a life size hilt of Tahu Mata's sword.  Also, by bending the wing parts a bit, it looks like the start of a crossbow.

Then, after taking those pictures, I continued building. So, here is the finished product presented on my desk (Like a Boss!), and then I posed them for a picture of a hunt (You can decide for yourself which is the predator and which is the prey ), etc. etc. etc.  Kardas could probably be modified into a Moc of the "King Kriptor", or a Cybran or UEF ACU.

Well, this was definitely worth the $27 it cost for me to buy this from Tazakk.

Well, I fell asleep In school today, and I had some strange dreams.  About half were related to BZP, half of the remaining were related to bionicle, and the rest are about thermonuclear warfare.  

Anyways, tomorrow I'll go back to see my grandparents, and hopefully I'll get something done.

EDIT:  Well, the guy who has been creating the models I use for my non-bionicle related stuff just churned out some more epic stuff.  I can't wait until January, when I'll get a resupply of paper to make this epic new stuff.

I find the strike actually counterproductive.  Those people on strike did realize if Hostess died, they would lose their jobs along with all the other Hostess employees, right?  Not to mention make a bunch of desparate snackers pay %95 more for twinkles on eBay.
